• Professional Program Probation Petition(PDF): This is a petition to request consideration by the MLS Professional and Academic Standards Committee for a student to remain in the professional program.
• Essential Functions (PDF): All applicants are expected to be able to master these non-academic requirements to be successful participants in the program and become employable.
• Job Entry Competency (PDF): Skills that the career entry clinical laboratory scientist/medical technologist is expected to possess.
