Baccalaureate Degree or B.S. Degree eligibility upon graduation

  • UND General Education Requirements
  • Coursework: Biology I & II, Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, Histology,
    12 Additional Biology Credits, 8 Chemistry Credits, Computer Course, Management Course

Post Baccalaureate Certificate (Already have a B.S. Degree)

  • 20 semester hours of Biological Sciences
  • 8 hours of Chemistry
  • Cummulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • Verification of correctible vision
  • Completion of the Application process
  • Completion of a Criminal Background Check
  • Admission into the University of North Dakota
  • Self motivation
  • The ability to sit still for long periods
  • Decision maker
  • Fine motor skills
  • Good hand eye coordination
Interviews for the Fall Semester Class take place in the sping or summer of the same year. They are held at UND and include an interview with the faculty and a tour of the facilities. This gives both faculty and applicants an opportunity to assess expectations. All qualified persons are encouraged to apply. Priority is given to students having a GPA over 2.8, to B.S. Cytotechnology majors and to UND students. 8 student slots are available. Average class size is 5 students.
