Cumulative GPA: Interested candidates should have a minimum of a 2.8 GPA.

Application: Submission options include printing the application form or filling out the online application both of which can be found in the Application Form tab. Interested candidates may also contact the program faculty and have a paper copy of the application sent to them.

  • Rational Statement needs to be included with the application

Transcripts: A copy of all transcripts should be provided with application. UND students with declared Cytotechnology Majors need not send transcripts with their application. Transferring students and post-baccalaureate students should provide all relavant transcripts.

Letters of Reference: Three reference forms are required for application. More reference forms may be used if the applicant chooses. A copy of the form may be found in the Reference Form tab.

UND Admission: Student must meet the requirements for UND Admission and be admitted to the University after acceptance into the program if not already a UND student. There is a deadline of May 1st for UND Admissions for International Students. Students within the US have until mid-July.

Criminal Background Check: Students accepted into the program will be expected to complete a criminal background check. Directions link found on Application Instructions page.

Health Verification and Vision Form: Students accepted into the program will be expected to complete and provide a health verfication form.
